two tidbits today

hey folk!  i apologize for leaving yall hanging.  your girl is on the road away from home for two weeks :(  i miss my own bed, my family and my sweetie.    anyway, after i left my training for today, i read two pieces of email...one i expected and the other not so much.  

Jury acquits R. Kelly of all counts

NBC's Tim Russert dies at 58 after collapsing

I'm still in shock over Tim Russert's death, but he died doing what he loved. On the set preparing for Meet The Press.

And how in the hell did R Kelly get off? I have no faith in the judicial system.

I was actually shocked by both. Call me naïve.

But, I guess that in Kells case, the justice system actually did work:
- the girl didn't testify
- the video was inconclusive

So, if there existed a man who actually may be wrongly accused of something like this, it would've worked out right.

But I don't think that's what happened here.

Heck luv... Even in death, nothing surprises me anymore. But I had a gut feeling that Kelly was going to get off. The longer the time it took to take this to trial, the more better it became for him to get off. Geez..
